We believe that the Bible is accurate and the authoritative word of God. It applies to our everyday lives.
We believe in one eternal God who created all things. God is three in one: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. He is unconditionally loving and entirely holy.
We believe that through sin, each of us were separated from Not only God, but also our identity as His children and His purpose for our lives.
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ (being fully man yet being fully God, not using His equality with God to His own advantage) is the only One who can reconcile us to God. He lived a sinless life that perfectly surrendered to and represented God the Father. Jesus gave Himself up and died on the cross in our place. He rose again in victory and authority over death and all it’s power to now empower us for a life, in Him, of triumph over all the power of the enemy.
We believe that in order to receive forgiveness and be “born again” we must repent of our sins, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and His complete Lordship over us and will for our lives.
We believe that in order to live the holy and fruitful life that God intended for us, we are to be baptised in water and filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit enables us to operate in the spiritual gifts, including speaking in tongues which is the initial evidence of baptism in the Holy Spirit.
We believe that God has personally equipped each of us to triumphantly fulfil His purpose for our lives which is to worship God, carry out our role as a part of the Body of Christ and serve the community in which we live.
We believe that God has provided healing and transformation through the cross at Calvary, so that we can live healthy and blessed lives. As a result God can work through us to bring His kingdom to this earth and be the “hands and feet of Christ” effectively.
We believe that our eternity in either Heaven or hell is determined by our response to the Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is coming back again as He promised.
